This is great satiating breakfast that will keep you full and help to eliminate sugar cravings! Using wholesome oats, you can swap in and out different types of ingredients and make endless versions of this. I personally love my baked oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, because it reminds me of apple pie….. You can also make blueberry-banana, strawberry-banana, banana-nut, or mixed berries. I keep nuts out of this particular recipe so that it can be taken to school as a snack, but you can also add nuts of your choice to this mixture, as well as your favorite seeds.

  5. Time to add the fruit – you can place the fruit at the bottom of the baking dish and place the oat mixture on top. Or, you can mix the fruit in to the oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-30 minutes, until top is golden brown. Remove and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. You can top this with additional fruit, or drizzle with real maple syrup for some added sweetness. Serve while still warm!
